In 2004, Dr. Merritt was trained by Dr. Michael Newton, author of Journey of Souls and Destiny of Souls, and was certified by the Society of Spiritual Regression as a Spiritual Regressionist. In March of 2005, she attended a training seminar as Assistant Trainer for the Society of Spiritual Regression.

Formerly of Santa Fe, New Mexico, Regina and her husband, Professional Registered Parliamentarian Weldon Merritt, now live in Spokane, Washington. She loves her husband, her two cats, hiking, the great outdoors, studying, her many plants, and exploring new avenues in her work. She has great compassion, patience, and understanding for all living beings.
